J.P. began his career at Scandrill in 2003. After becoming a Rig Manager, J.P. worked on several Scandrill rigs helping promote and build the desired safety and learning culture.
In 2018 his dedication, knowledge, loyalty and great ability to lead helped earn him a much deserved promotion to Drilling Superintendent. J.P. currently supports rigs in the Permian Basin.
J.P. and his family are active in their community.
